The Ways to Work program provides low-interest car loans and financial education to working families in need of reliable transportation. Ways to Work is an economic empowerment program that combines low-interest loans with financial education, budget consulting and personalized management.

In a classroom setting, car loan applicants in Ways to Work learn about checking accounts, savings accounts, credit and credit scores..
One-on-one, the Loan Coordinator will help each applicant develop a picture of current spending habits and create a realistic budget to help them achieve financial goals.
Applicants also review their credit reports and, together with the Loan Coordinator, develop strategies for improving and maintaing their credit scores.
Throughout the term of the loan, the Loan Coordinator regularly contacts borrowers to offer assistance with their monthly budgeting, connections to other community resources, and encouragement.
